Without-dependents rates are verified per installation where the source published that table directly, and estimated from the published national with/without differential otherwise. The 2027 view is a planning scenario only: DoD hasn't published 2027 rates, and the percentage you choose is an assumption, not a forecast. Rates change every January 1 and individual rate protection may apply — verify your actual entitlement at myPay or with your finance office before making a decision.
